CCMA Award Winning country artist Jason Blaine has 4 children of his own and wanted the opportunity to give back to a cause that is near and dear to him, while also showing his children the importance of helping those less fortunate. With the help of the Canadian country music community, Jason Blaine has coordinated a charity auction to raise money for MusiCounts.
Funds from this auction will be put toward the MusiCounts Band Aid Program, which puts musical instruments into schools across Canada. This means that more musical instruments will be put into the hands of kids who need them the most. In addition, the MusiCounts TD Community Music Program provides musical instruments and equipment to community centres, after-school programs and other community non-profit organizations who need instruments to ensure their music program’s sustained growth.
