Strathcona County is excited to welcome residents to the grand opening event for The Pointe Agricultural Event Centre on Saturday, August 23!
The Pointe is a one-of-a-kind destination where community and agriculture come together. The large facility is beautifully designed for a variety of events and activities and features an arena, barn, meeting spaces along with several public art pieces.
The grand opening is a free, open barn-style event with activities for all ages. Attendees are welcome to tour The Pointe and watch local group demonstrations in the main arena.
Activities include:
- Event kickoff with ribbon cutting ceremony
- Horse-drawn shuttle service
- Demonstrations by local groups
- Family-friendly activities throughout the day
