Camrose will come alive with the return of one of Canada’s best-loved and longest-running country music festivals next summer. As live music has returned across the nation, the BVJ line-up is proof that good things will be coming to those who waited.

“It’s time to celebrate in 2022,” says Big Valley Jamboree CEO, Troy Vollhoffer. “The fans in Camrose have always been some of the best, and most loyal, anywhere in Canada. Keeping that
in mind, we wanted to return to this beautiful site with one of the biggest and best line-ups anywhere in North America next year.”

While Church and McGraw provide a one-two punch like no other, this four-day extravaganza is rife with superstar headliners, the hottest up-and-comers, Canada’s biggest country stars and
classic country acts who have stood the test of time.

“Chief” is simply without peer when it comes to legendary live concert and festival performances. Recent Country Thunder appearances in the U.S. and a sold-out Fall Canadian tour have cemented his status as one of country music’s chosen few. is an artist’s artist who refused to stand pat during 2020 and 2021, releasing a pair of critically-acclaimed new albums (Heart and Soul) in the process. After 15 straight years of No. 1 hits, chart-topping albums and every other industry award imaginable, he collected the prestigious CMA Entertainer Of The Year in 2020.
It will be “A Hell Of A View” when Church hits the BVJ stage in 2022.

There have been very few country artists more consistent than Tim McGraw over the past 29 years, and BVJ fans will be in for a treat when one of the genre’s most consummate performers takes the stage. He released Here On Earth last year, and charting singles “I Called Mama,” “Neon Church” and “Thought About You” showcased the country music legend at the peak of his considerable powers.

After four Gold and Platinum albums, 23 top-10 singles (including a whopping 11 no. 1s!), numerous sold-out tours and a mantle loaded with Juno and CCMA awards, Smith became the most-played Canadian country radio artist ever. Think about that for a moment if you will! In 2022, he is sure to blaze new trails and reach new heights in Canadian country music history, and beyond. Camrose . . . you’ve been warned!

With over 2.2 billion total career streams, seven No. 1 hits, four top-5 albums. and a blistering live show, Dustin Lynch has become one of country music’s biggest breakthrough artists. He’ll
join Trace Adkins, a 25 year veteran, who sold over 11 million albums, charted over 20 singles, earned numerous awards and Grammy nominations, and garnered over two billion streams. These Grand Ole Opry members will ensure that BVJ 2022 will get off to a rousing start at the Kick-off Party, Thursday night.

As if the big-five weren’t enough, organizers also announced red-hot up-and-comer, HARDY. A prolific songwriter who penned several number one hits for A-list artists, HARDY is quickly becoming one in his own right. Fans will be amazed by his catalogue of hits as well as his raucous live performance.

Big Valley Jamboree is proud to announce stellar support acts including Canadian country hall-of-famer, Terri Clark, the James Barker Band, The Road Hammers, Hunter Brothers, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Mackenzie Porter, The Dead South, The Washboard Union, Andrew Hyatt, Williams and Ree, Michelle Wright, Shawn Austin, and Kameron Marlow.
