Brett Young’s Lady is #1 on the Billboard Country Airplay chart, followed by American Country Countdown.

Brett co-wrote Lady with Ross Copperman and Jon Nite.

Young’s wife, Taylor Mills, and the couple’s daughter, Presley, inspired the song.

“She loves, loves, loves, loves music. And it’s very clear to us that she recognizes my voice specifically because she loves all music, but when one of my songs comes on, she stops dead.”

It’s the first single from Brett’s forthcoming third LP.

Brett Young appeared on The Kelly Clarkson Show to reveal that he and his wife Taylor have another baby girl on the way.

The couple currently has a 17-month-old daughter Presley Elizabeth.

“We really wanted them to be close enough in age so they could have a lot of things in common and be best friends. Tay had her sister close in age growing up, so we both felt strongly we wanted Presley to have the same. Tay is so close with her sister, and that’s something we always knew we wanted for Presley. We feel very blessed.”
