You can stay in the Downton Abbey castle for one night only!

If you’re getting ready to go see the movie this weekend, this is definitely for you! AirBNB has made 300 rooms available in the Highclere Castle for one night only and it’s coming real quick….your overnight stay will be November 26th. I’ve never even seen a second of the show, so I don’t know how cool this is, but I do know it looks gorgeous

Here’s what you’ll get on your stay at the castle, according to the posting on Airbnb.ca

Highclere Castle covers 100,000 square feet and has a total of 300 rooms that are opulently decorated and furnished, with each detail providing a unique insight into its history. During your stay, you will enjoy an exclusive evening drinking cocktails in the Saloon followed by a traditional dinner with the Earl and Countess of Carnarvon in the State Dining Room, being waited on by Highclere Castle’s own butler. After dinner, coffee will be served in the Library before you retire to one of the Gallery bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom and views over 1,000 acres of rolling parkland.

Before departing the next day, you will enjoy a delicious breakfast prior to a private tour of Highclere Castle’s extensive grounds. What’s more, you will receive a special gift from Lord and Lady Carnarvon so you can enjoy a little bit of Highclere Castle at home.

Guest access

You will get the opportunity to explore iconic rooms you know so well from Downton Abbey, such as the Drawing Room and the Library. For one night, you can follow in the footsteps of kings and queens and enjoy life as a Lord or Lady to celebrate the upcoming motion picture event, Downton Abbey.

So the room/experience itself is only $212 for the night, but obviously you’d be spending a lot more getting there and making a full trip out of it. You’re able to book starting October 1st, but obviously those rooms will go super quick, so good luck! Here’s the official post for ya.
