New York’s Central Park is one of the World’s most famous outdoor areas…right?

Well, Edmonton’s River Valley is TWENTY TWO TIMES the size of Central Park….so there’s plenty to see and explore this Summer!

Ride a bike, go for a run, take the dog for a walk or just grab a coffee and enjoy the scenery! Or…how about this. Take a sunset canoe tour on the North Saskatchewan!

Beginning at Sir Wilfrid Laurier Park and ending at Capilano Park(with a shuttle to take you back), Haskin Canoe will be offering up the super unique way to check out our beautiful City all Summer long!

Better book your spot!  Tickets are just $50 + GST(25$/person for youth 17 and under) – you can find more info and reserve your trip at haskincanoe.ca

I remember taking a trip on the river with some classmates as part of a field trip when I was younger…but it was during the day, not at sunset.  So cool!

Perhaps you’re looking for something a little more romantic?  Well they also offer up Sunset Tours at Elk Island National Park…and you can book your own canoe!  More info here!
